The antichrist is most often referred to

Ruling On Free Speech RE: Hateful, Westboro Baptist Church
If you watched Fox News’ today
with Shepard Smith, he announced the Supreme Court’s 8 to 1 ruling that the fundamentalist, Kansas-based Westboro Baptist
Church’s anti-gay protests near military funerals are protected under the First Amendment. The organization has faced
overwhelming criticism not only for its hateful and homophobic rhetoric, but also for its proclivity towards protesting the
funerals of soldiers and, recently, those organized for the victims of the Tucson, Arizona shooting that left nine dead and
Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in the
hospital with a bullet to the head. The ruling was partially in response to a lawsuit filed by the father of marine whose
funeral was picketed by Westboro’s members.
I had mixed feelings but agreed with what Judge Andrew
Napolitano
said on the ruling.
He told Shepard Smith he saw it as an “affirmance of Free Speech” protecting even the most brash and hateful of speech,
no matter what person or institution is at the receiving end of such speech. He added that the concept of “free speech
zones” such as those near the Maryland military funeral in question can be a dangerous one because it insinuates that
areas outside of those zones do not allow for such freedom of speech. Free speech zones, he warns, can give the impression
that the Court approves of states suppressing free speech by confining it to certain areas.

No matter how hateful it is, our constitution protects our rights to free speech.If they
start putting limits on it, they will somehow find a way to say the Bible is hate speech, therefore possibly banning the Bible
in the future.
